Everything & The Kitchen Sink

Now we’re getting into the meat and potatoes.

Today I’ll be covering some overcoming isometrics(OCI) that you can perform with a towel. But what you’ll start to see here and later on down the road, you can almost use anything for an OCI workout. Your workout is limited only by your imagination. This for me is why I view more minimalist forms of training as freedom. I’m not dependent on much and I can train my body almost anywhere including the phantom zone.

Gyms can be beneficial but like all things, they can be taken away like during a pandemic. The human body is a wonderful creation and if you know a myriad of ways to

  • Maintain it

  • Defend it

  • & Improve it

almost nothing can stop you.

Other Objects

Like I said in the video there are many things you can use besides a towel.

As long as it doesn’t break easily it can be used. And if what you have been using does break or rip, maybe that’s a sign of you getting stronger.

Wrap Up

At the end of the day I don’t want you copying just what I show you. Think outside the box/come up with your own. Feel your joints and your muscles. Is this position comfortable? Can it help me improve the tasks I have to complete in my job or on the farm?

Contemplate

Ponder

Thank you for making it to the end and let me know your thoughts below.

Until next time…
